This policy explains how VexoWorks collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit our website or use our platform.

1. Who we are

VexoWorks is a sales platform for real estate professionals that combines a CRM, automated lead response and Sofia, an AI assistant. VexoWorks is operated by Objetiva Administrativo & Informática Ltda, a company organized in Brazil. For data about our customers (agents, teams, brokerages and their users), we act as the controller. For data about our customers' leads, we process it on our customer's behalf and under their instructions.

2. Data we collect

Customers: name, email, phone, company details and billing information; login records, actions taken in the CRM and settings.

Leads (processed for our customers): name and phone number provided by the lead or received through connected websites and forms; the content of conversations with Sofia and with agents, including search preferences such as area, budget and property type; scheduled showings, follow-ups and interaction history.

Website visitors: information you choose to send us (for example, when you book a demo) and technical signals described in sections 5 and 9.

3. How we use data

• To provide the service: automated responses, lead qualification, showing scheduling, pipeline management and reports.
• To send operational messages, such as showing confirmations, reminders and the follow-ups our customer configured.
• For billing and account management.
• For security, fraud prevention and improving the service.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the content of your leads' conversations for anything other than the service you hired.

4. Legal bases

We process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the service, to comply with legal obligations and, where required, based on consent. As a company organized in Brazil, we also follow Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

5. Sharing

We share data only with providers that are strictly necessary to run the service — cloud infrastructure, payment processing, transactional email and messaging channel providers — limited to what they need and under confidentiality obligations. We may share data with authorities when required by law.

To protect our website from automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may collect technical signals from your device and browser to tell humans from bots. Cloudflare's processing of this data is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

6. Storage and security

• Data is hosted on servers in the United States, with access controls, encryption in transit and logical separation between customers (each customer can only access its own data).
• Permissions by user role inside the platform.
• Automatic daily backups and activity logs.

7. Retention

We keep data while the account is active. After cancellation, customers can export their data for up to 30 days; after that, data is deleted or anonymized, except where we must keep it by law (for example, billing and tax records).

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what data we hold about you, access it, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, and opt out of certain processing. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Leads can ask at any time, in the conversation itself, to stop receiving messages, and that request is honored automatically.

If you are a lead of a real estate professional who uses VexoWorks, that professional controls your data; we will forward your request to them when appropriate.

9. Cookies

This website only uses cookies that are essential for it to work and aggregate browsing metrics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
