Is VexoWorks available in the US today?
Yes. We're onboarding a select group of founding US agents and teams, with hands-on help getting set up.
Which channels does Sofia use?
Sofia talks to leads on WhatsApp, and captures leads from your website, landing pages and any form that can send a webhook or an email. SMS is on our roadmap and isn't available yet.
Will buyers know they're talking to an AI?
Sofia introduces herself as your virtual assistant. She writes like a helpful person — short, clear and to the point — and brings you in as soon as the buyer wants to talk to an agent.
Will Sofia ever make up a listing or a price?
No. She only presents homes from your own inventory, with the price, HOA and details you entered. If nothing fits, she says so.
Can I take over a conversation?
Anytime. One click pauses Sofia on that lead, and you continue the conversation with the full history in front of you.
What about Fair Housing?
